What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the booked service value.
Can I come in as a walk-in?
We do take walk-ins when we have availability, but our schedule fills up quickly — especially on weekends. Booking ahead guarantees your preferred artist and time slot.
